Here’s how you can get out of the holiday funk.
1. Make sure you have a solid morning routine and continue doing it everyday.
2. Eat the frog! (Not literally!) This means do the one thing that you’re most hesitant to do. Get that out of the way first and everything else would be easy.

In this video, I wanna talk to you about how to get out of a slump and push yourself out of a dip that you’re facing.
So, right now it’s Tuesday after Christmas. Christmas was this Sunday. And Monday and Tuesday, it was extremely hard for me to get back into the grind and get back into work mode. But I’ve been here before and I know exactly how to get myself out of this and probably, you’ve felt the same.
Here are two things that you can do.
One, is make sure that you have a solid morning routine.
So, this is critical to get you back into a peak state and start working on the things that you enjoy and to get you back into gear. So, get back into your morning routine and start that.
Two, is to tackle the biggest project or the biggest thing that you need to tackle first, and get that out of the way. We also call this eating the frog.
If you just do the one thing that you’re most hesitant to do – if you get that out of the way, everything else is easy.
Or you can also not do anything else and go back into being lazy, which I don’t recommend. But as long as you get the most important task done, the rest of the day doesn’t really matter.
So, those are the two things that I wanted to share with you to get you, get yourself outta this holiday funk.
It’s adopt and continue doing your morning routine daily, and two, it’s eat the frog.
