– Did you know that when you sell products on Amazon, Amazon is not your distribution platform? They’re actually one of your biggest competitors. They own all the customer information, all the data, and most of the revenue that you’re driving from that channel.
So how do you bring those customers that you’re acquiring from that channel and bring to your own platform? Maybe like something like Shopify.
The first thing that you have to do is you have to put an insert or a sticker on those products.
The second thing that you have to do is make sure that that sticker has a call to action that expires.
The third thing is that call to action is a discount code that can be used on your store to either offer a free gift or a deeply discounted gift that is on your Shopify store.
You’ve now just taken those customers that Amazon owns and brought them over to your channel so now you own them and you can resell to them on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
